About me
I wanted to build a life that felt right for me.
I'm originally from Germany, where I trained as a Digital and Print Media Specialist. Almost nine years ago, I moved abroad on my own to gain new experiences and find my own path. I spent several years working in finance and sales before starting my freelance marketing business in 2022.
From the outside, things were moving forward. But I experienced burnout myself and learned first-hand how long we can keep functioning under pressure before we realise what it is costing us.
Losing my brother in 2023 became a turning point. It made me question my understanding of success, life and what truly matters. I began exploring the nervous system, neuroscience and psychology more deeply. Through reading, learning and my own research, I wanted to better understand how our experiences shape our thoughts, emotions and behavioural patterns.
My mother's mental illness also shaped me from an early age. Over the years, I learned how to navigate difficult situations, support people through challenging periods in their lives and help them find a way forward when things feel overwhelming. These experiences have had a lasting influence on how I understand human behaviour and personal change.
Alongside this experience, I completed further training in life and wellness coaching. Years of Muay Thai training have also shaped the way I work today. It has taught me resilience, self-trust, body awareness and strength, while showing me how often we place limits on ourselves that we can learn to question and move beyond.

Success should feel meaningful to you.
I believe success and fulfilment can go hand in hand. Success is something you define for yourself, not something measured only through external achievements.
It also matters how you feel, whether your life reflects what is important to you and whether you enjoy the life you are building.
I want to help people understand the patterns and challenges that keep them stuck, build a stronger relationship with themselves and make changes that support a happier, more fulfilling life.
My approach
Three connected elements.
How we think, how we move and how our body responds to stress are closely linked. Working with all three gives people a more complete way to understand themselves and to make changes that last in everyday life. This is coaching, not medical or therapeutic treatment.
01
Mindset
Understanding beliefs, self-doubt and recurring behavioural patterns.
02
Movement
Using movement as a practical part of personal development and everyday wellbeing.
03
Nervous system regulation
Developing a better understanding of stress responses and learning practical ways to respond to stress.
