Enquiry and contact forms
When you send an enquiry through this website, the details you enter (name, email address, message and — for company enquiries — company name, phone number and optionally company size) are stored securely so that your enquiry can be answered. They are not shared with third parties for marketing and are not used for advertising.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Enquiries are deleted once they are no longer needed, unless legal retention obligations apply.
Hosting
This website and its data are hosted by professional service providers (Lovable and its infrastructure partners). When you visit the site, technically necessary data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access is processed briefly to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Booking a Clarity Call and resources
Clarity Calls and free resources are provided through an external provider (Stan Store). When you follow these links, that provider's privacy policy applies.
Fonts
This website uses web fonts provided by Google Fonts. To display them, your browser connects to Google servers, which may process your IP address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, interest in a consistent appearance).
